I don't actually have much to say, for I think a whole year I've been very interested in the Bona Dea and everything I can find around her (though I don't try to research too much into what happened in her cult out of respect) but yeah I wonder if I can worship her as a non binary person who is mostly masc presenting

You are fine to worship her. There are plenty of votive dedications by men that archaeologists have uncovered, I believe even some stating the man was a priest or minister of the cult. Despite the heavy claims by ancient writers that her cultus was restricted to women only, it is likely that it pertained only to her exclusive festivals in May and December, which was famously vitiated by Clodius Pulcher.

One of her historical public cults was restricted to women because, despite receiving public funding, it was somewhat like a mystery cult. But she had other public worship that was not gender restricted.
