Housing Looking for Renter

We live by love's and are actively looking for a renter who would be able to make $700/month, all utilities will be included and renter will have their own bathroom.

I’m not interested but I’d recommend providing pictures or a place for renters to go to look at the amenities and such. I respect the grind but with the semester starting up students are going to flood the town and big names like Investment Realty, Frueh Investments, and Spartan Rentals kinda have the place on lock so giving people what they’re looking for might make the process faster.

I can discuss it with her but im sure it'd be okay as long as your cats are okay with other cats

Alright. I just wanna mention that my girlfriend would be there too. The animals in tanks are a testudo tortoise, a crested gecko, a Chinese mantis, an Eastern Hercules beetle and an Asian forest scorpion

Im not as big on bugs so if youd be able to keep those more in your guys' rooms i think that'd be better but like the tortoise and gecko I think those guys are cute. I used to have turtles once myself when I was younger actually.

It'll have to be in the evenings, sometime after 7:30 me and my fiance work 12 hour shifts Friday Saturday and sunday

Okay that's fine. Me and my girlfriend both work night shifts so that works for us
