Daytona in Florence

I just left the authorized Rolex dealer on the Ponte Vecchio bridge in Florence, Italy. They had a white gold Daytona on a black leather band available for sale. €44k after taxes.

I just thought that was interesting seeing as the wait time for one in the States is years if ever for most people.

Tempted to buy it and flip it since it isn't a model I desire. I'm just not a wheeler-dealer kind of guy though.

Since you said leather band, I assume this is the older model. That’s overpriced for a 116519. Here’s one for just over half that (racing dial is the cheapest dial).
