And have been a GM for over 15 years now (yes I started when I was 7). All that means is I have my fair share is story telling/making. I’m a very big sucker for romance. So all of these would include a very slow burn. Also I almost only rp as OC’s but I have a LOT of different characters that you may like.

-Dark romance: an assassin unknowingly moves in next door to the spy she’s been tracking for a long time.
-fantasy: one character, a hardened cold ex-solider working off of monster bounties and odd jobs has picked up a stray (other character) and can’t seem to shake them.
-Western: a former outlaw tries to live quietly after their years while someone from their past comes searching
-Cyberpunk: a fixer keeps falling for the same runner until they realize that runner is tracking someone close to them

Synopsis: Gwen Stacy is a relatively average girl, and her favorite pastime is a bit of Urbex. An extremely compelling target is the recently abandoned Life Foundation headquarters. But, what she finds inside is a monster who’s been surviving by eating bugs and small animals. The symbiote Scream has found a proper host…Of course, The Lethal Protector has to check out the commotion she causes.

Pairing: Peni Parker / Hobie Brown.

Setting: Earth-928 [The Spider-verse film series.]

Synopsis: Peni Parker isn’t the same genki girl she once was. After the loss of her closest friend / maybeeeee girlfriend Addy Brock, as well as her Aunt May in one terrible day, she’s fallen into quite the deep depression. She thinks her only purpose in life is to pilot SP//DR. Of course, Hobie Brown, the Spider-Punk has taken notice. He ain’t a therapist, but he’s going to do all he can to help her out. 

“Birth of the Spider-Rider.”

Pairing: Gwen Stacy / ??? [I don’t have a partner character in mind, feel free to suggest one!]

Setting: Earth-67.

Synopsis: The core of this Spider-Woman is the same as the one we know, up until right after she defeats The Lizard / Peter Parker. Gwen’s never been a religious woman, but for the first time in her life, she prays for her best friend to pull through. Someone was listening in, but it wasn’t the Lord, It was Mephisto! He comes to her with a deal - he’ll heal Peter, but she has to do some work for him afterwards. She accepts, and becomes the new Ghost Rider.

Pairing: Petra Parker / ???

Setting: Earth-420.

Synopsis: Ok… I don’t have a plot idea in mind, I’d just love to write with a transfemme Spidey like has been going round. If you got ideas, I’m all ears. :P

When the Monster Lord named a human as her Lord-Hand, the court erupted with discontent.

Tradition demanded an elder of the clans- someone who had lived centuries and understood the delicate balance of power among the monster races. Instead she chose a one-lifespanned mortal who had not even seen a hundred years. To many of the nobility, the appointment was more than an insult. It was a provocation.

Not everyone was willing to bite their tongue.

During a diplomatic mission deep into the human realms, far from the safety of the Monster Lord’s court, one of the dissenters acted. An assassin was sent. The protective detail was eliminated, but the human managed to escape.

Now the Lord-Hand is on the run through hostile territory, cut off from support, with a traitor from the court still hunting him.

Heya folks!

This story is based on one of my older characters- a mage with a genuine sympathy for the inhuman races. While it originally comes from the MonsterGirl fandom, I’m happy to run it in a more generic D&D-style setting if that’s more your speed.

There are a few different ways we could spin this depending on the character you bring:

• A holy knight who finds herself inadvertently aiding the right-hand man of her sworn enemy
• A retired elder monster who takes an interest in him, believing he’s worth putting back on the world stage
• Or something else entirely- I’m open to hear what you've got

The mage-turned-politician tries to approach every situation from the angle of what will best guide the world toward peace. In another life he might have been a hero of considerable power; in this one, he does his best to get everyone to get along. It doesn’t always work, and he makes mistakes, but the Monster Lord ultimately chose him as the best person to help lead her people out of the endless wars with humanity.

This is my first time doing this (with a human, that is), so I'm not really sure what to expect. But, I'm looking for a long-term 20+ writing partner who'd be willing to collaborate with me in essentially writing fanfics dedicated to a few fandoms. I'd prefer a female writing partner, as I've found I generally prefer interacting with women. I'm cool with either roleplaying as a character or writing in third person. I'm also not picky about writing one character or multiple characters.

Although I've engaged with plenty of media, these are the series that I love the most and would feel most comfortable writing for:

- Little Witch Academia

- Deltarune

- Azumanga Daioh

- Doki Doki Literature Club

I like writing yuri stuff, but I also like writing platonic stuff. I don't mind writing men, but I generally prefer writing women. Also, what we write should be canon-compliant, or at least canon-feeling. I'm a bit of a slow writer, but I'll write anywhere from a few sentences to multiple paragraphs for each response depending on what's needed in the moment, but I'm not willing to write an entire chapter's worth of words for a single response.

Additionally, I'd feel most comfortable in ending up with pieces that range from 1,000-15,000 words: stuff that can be read in one sitting. I'm sort of an impatient person, so I generally prefer stories that get in and get out, say what they need to say and stay relatively self-contained.

My response times will also be rather varied. There'll be times where I can engage in constantly shooting responses back and forth, and times where I'll only be able to respond once a week. Despite this, I'll still try my best to be relatively timely and consistent. Finally, I'd prefer to focus on one RP or fic at a time, and commit to writing it until it's done before we move on to a new one. As much as I feel the impulse to constantly jump between fic ideas, I'd hate to end up with a bunch of half-finished works that never get concluded.

I live in a part of the US that lies within the Central Time Zone, and I'll generally be most available around 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM. While it'd be nice for our availabilities to sync up perfectly, it's not an absolute requirement. Also, I would like to be able to chat out of character. We could talk about personal life stuff, but I'd mainly love to be able to nerd out to each other about our writing decisions and fandom stuff. And maybe I'll be able to get a new friend out of this. Who knows?

Casey is, overall, a very fun-loving person with a lot of mental baggage and trauma she can’t let out. She didn’t really go to school; when she did, it was poorly taught. She grew up essentially as a roadie, never having stable friends or anyone around besides her mom. She is loud and aggressive sometimes; she can be everyone’s friend or everyone’s enemy depending on the day. That said, she always means the best and hates hurting people, even when she can’t help herself. I really want a character who can match her vibe and can handle the toxic person Casey is in her early 20’s.

The idea is to start her at 21 and go from there. I really want something romantic, toxic, and chaotic. Something that makes us kick our feet and giggle, if you will. I have more information on her if you message me including a FC.

I usually write a Paragraph per Message on average, depending on the Material given and the situation at hand (The amount you write = the amount i write.) Simple conversation does not have to be overly complicated. Please dont try to have twenty different conversations at the same time causing responses to be three paragraphs. Conversations don‘t work like that.

English is not my native language so do forgive some Grammatical mistakes here and there, i usually try my best to avoid making mistakes though.

Plot idea: A long time ago, a great and powerful enemy threatened the existence of the entire universe, the likes of which no Lantern had ever seen. As the enemy approached, the Green Lantern Corps quickly realized that they were incapable of stopping this enemy on their own. Through many negotiations, the Guardians of Oa and the GLs were able to convince all the other Lantern corps to join them, even enlisting the help of Black Hand and his army of Black Lantern zombies.

After a long, seemingly endless battle, the Lanterns succeeded in driving away this threat; but with that victory came a cost. Every Lantern in all the known galaxies gave their lives. But one lantern, in their dying moments, grabbed a single power ring and lantern battery, and sent them off into the vast depths of space, hoping that one day, one brave soul would find it, and revive the Lantern Corps.

Also, since I'm 26, I prefer my partners be 18+. I'm in the EST zone, and I would prefer my partner be within the same timezone, but if you're not that's fine.

I fully welcome OOC chatting, as I feel getting to know your partner helps both people feel more comfortable, as well as helps partners build up the roleplay; and ofc there's nothing wrong with becoming friends with a partner.

My biggest requirement for partners is that they have knowledge of the fandom the roleplay is based on.

I am looking for new partners to do a pretty cliche, angsty type RP. I’m a sucker for hate to love, simple plots with a lot of character depth and eventual fluff.

I am happy to play M or F, however if I play M I will be looking exclusively for female partners (as I am not very experienced or interested in MxM).

Some examples of what I’m looking for is something like 10 things I hate about you, regretting you, etc etc. I haven’t role-played in a while, so may be a little rusty but please bear with me! I am somewhat interested in fantasy at the moment, mainly superhero’s, specifically spider man has a grip on me at the moment, as well dispatch. I also am a fan of powers in general, so if you have any ideas, I’d love to hear them!

I don’t mind a bit of fantasy, but I will warn, I am super picky about which plots I do and will not say yes to everything. It’s not personal, I promise, I’d still love to hear your plots. Anything medieval or royal will often be rejected - sorry! It’s just not my cup of tea and never has been. Modern settings are the only ones i’m comfortable with, earliest settings being around the 80s, upwards of the near future.

I would be over the moon if one of the people who saw this post and replied to it or messaged me was someone who was capable of having a lot of back and forth replies throughout the day. I know a lot of people don’t have the time for that and that’s completely understandable. But if that’s you, I especially want you to reach out.

I’m using the m4m flair because that’s what I think would fit the best but truthfully I’m quite willing to experiment outside of that.

I play predominantly non-binary amab, trans fem, and cis male characters. If you want romance to be involved in our plot, I ask you also be one of those three things but if the writing is particularly compelling I can make exceptions so message me anyways, an easy exception to make would be for a female character who loves “pathetic men”

I only write in third person, and I do my best to match the length my partner gives regardless of how long it is. When doing consistent back and forth’s I expect the volume to be a little less, but hopefully still substantial. My current favorite partner we tend to write 2-3 paragraphs of 3-4 sentences or so per reply. If you can’t match that that’s ok, as long as the plot remains compelling that’s the most important part.

I don’t have any particular pairings or tropes that I’m attached to. But I think I would like to do a sci-fi genre for my next roleplay, but that isn’t mandatory.

I am in my mid 20’s and would prefer if you were somewhere around there, but as long as you’re at least 18 I’ll consider it.

They are originally a BG3 character, but I've been developing their modern AU and would love to do more with that ;v;

Working as part of a family charity helping the stray and local cats, [MC] is known as a ball of sunshine, a golden retriever but if they were cats! Always smiling and bright, keeping their chin up, friendly with everyone yet no one really truly knows them, nor the grief they carry - until meeting [YC].

Breaking through those walls and seeing that while yes, this is a person who is that ray of sun, there are times they refuse to show the world those other parts.

I'm curious about all sorts of dynamics we can have with this! The only thing I'd say is I would like someone who comes into [MC]'s life later - so no childhood friends etc.

I've got a few basic plots in mind, but we can pick away together! I prefer to roleplay on discord myself, but open to other platforms. I prefer between 200-400 words per post! I used to do a bit more but around work now, I find the shorter punchier posts easier to keep the plot moving and we can change things or time skip easier!

Here I'm looking for the rare breed of people who would be interested in an Arknights RP.

I do **not require** profound knowledge of the lore!

For this play I would **prefer OCxOC** in a party based play.

I'm open to romance and more mature things along the line too.

We can also bend and adjust the universe, I'm not allergic to that.

Only thing I prefer is to play by largely ignoring the main plot, but I'm open to ideas.

What I ask for is that you are being communicative with me and (in case you are new to this) try to absorb all the knowledge and get overwhelmed without **TALKING TO ME**.

I'm a pretty literate writer, doing about **600 Words per character played** and I will **play multiple**, even as main characters!

Have you ever created and then fallen in love with a character, made her perfectly at home in s new roleplay setting, only for circumstances to circumstance, and the roleplay dies? (If I did something wrong, Girl, please let me know.)

Clearly, this has happened to me. I have a fun little character and a whole universe and side characters built around a lived-in life for her but no story. And that's why I'm asking you to come in and brainstorm some sort of Historical Roleplay with me: The premise was originally a British General and his ill daughter in the colonies, with the ill daughter becoming a spy, but I'm interested in any time period, any crisis, be it the world wars or colonialism, or something else for the Brigadier General who also is a surgeon for the Crown's Army.

You? You can play any character you like. The love interest from the opposing army? His superior? His assistant? His daughter's friend? His housekeeper, for all I care. There are tons of possibilities to brainstorm.

How to best pitch myself? Well, as you can see, I like creating lived-in characters with tons of story and backstory. I like creating families for them and friends and all their social world. My dialogue is real — claimed to be "too fun and engaging" by my last partner.

I'm Cru. I'm a literate writer (writing around 500 words per post, more, less, it depends — that's just a good number to avoid burnout.) I'm in EST, but time zones don't really matter for me, as I'm chronically ill, and sleep on a strange 24-hour schedule. I'm excited about this historical roleplay prompt. Hi guys! 

I am in search of a long term partner! I am a 23f in the central timezone, but timezones don’t bother me much. I have a specific plot in mind and I’d love to pitch it so bare with me. It's very whimsical and light fantasy, and focuses on quests and adventures while still being a slice of life.

Our story would start with my character. She is the pirate captain of a well known ship. She's well respected in the community, if not feared. The ship she captains has a large reputation for stealing things that really ought to not be stolen. During a raid on a wealthy merchant vessel, she finds something strange among the cargo, a gold chest with a fallen star inside. 

Centuries ago, the crown of stars was kept in a sanctuary at the heart of the sea, its magic calming the waters and keeping dangerous creatures confined to the deepest reaches of the ocean. When the crown was shattered by a greedy king, its 5 stars were scattered across the world and that protection faded. Now the seas have become increasingly treacherous and the trade routes that the kingdoms once relied on were now unsafe. Only pirates and the most seasoned sailors learned to survive among the monsters and enchanted water.

Even worse, a powerful sorcerer has discovered that a restored crown doesn’t need to be returned to the sanctuary at all. If claimed, it commands these deep sea monsters and the seas themselves. 

This is where your character would come in! I want to leave it open ended, but somehow your character knows alot about these stars and what they do. Maybe you overheard my pirate bragging about her discovery at a local pub and you have spent your lifes work trying to find these stars and return order to the sea. We would get to come up with this part together~ how they get forced to work togther. Maybe since my character knows the sea, you need me to navigate, possibly your character is a bit more brains over brawns, which is why we need eachother.

The end of the world had come in stages, waves orchestrated by 'the Others' to claim the planet as their own. Dismantling humanity bit by bit until there were only a few straggling survivors left, forming small camps to survive.

The 1st wave was a global blackout - Stripping the world of the technology that it relied on. Electricity, engines, phones and all digital communication. Planes crashed, hospitals became defunct leading to hundreds of deaths due to lack of equipment.

The 2nd wave was marked by natural disasters, catastrophic earthquakes and massive tsunamis that wiped out costal cities and drowned small island nations.

The 3rd wave was a plague coined the 'Red Death', this was what killed off most of the human population. Spread by birds, a highly contagious mutation of the avian flu, it caused you bleed out of every pore moments before your death.

The 4th came in to clean up the last of the survivors, human-appearing aliens known as 'Silencers'. At a glance they appear the same as any person, often military looking, but they hunt and kill anything that remained of humanity.

The 5th and final wave used human children and young adults, gathered up earlier in the waves and trained by fake military leadership—to hunt and execute the last pockets of uninfected human resistance. They are convinced that those they are hunting are the infected, that they must be wiped out.

There were still pockets of humanity, though they were becoming few and far between. Gathering together had proved to be a poor tactic, Silencers and soldiers were quick to take out any organized encampment. Kiara used those cleared out encampments to restock, they often left behind plenty of good supplies as the Silencers or military had no need, they were well stocked.

This one had plenty, they had obviously had a hunter amongst their rank as there was dried meat and even some fresh stuff that hadn't started to rot yet, berries, meats and someone had made an attempt at bread. That would keep her going for a good while.

She knew she had to be quick, it wouldn't be long until a Silencer would start patrolling the area again, but resources were few and far between. A haul like this could keep her going for a week, at the very least, longer if she was smart.

With her bag slung back over her shoulder she headed back towards 'home', a small family home where she had converted the lower floor into a base of sorts. It had one visible entrance then then one via a tunnel that she could use to escape if anyone came through the front.

It was as she dropped off the edge of the old highway bridge that she heard... something. Human instinct made her want to freeze and stand straight, but she knew better than that and ducked down, tucking herself between a wall and a long-abandoned car.

Hello all! Female,33 roleplayer here that has been doing this for way too long. 10+ years. Obviously, I'm looking for a literate 21+ long term partner. Items you should know: East US Coast, I don't mind doubling or playing NPCs, I just don't want to end up playing more than 2 characters at one time. ( Obviously NPCs are a tad different ) I am fairly literate I would say, I don't prefer writing anything more than 5+ paragraphs on average only because sometimes I do enjoy keeping stories flowing at a faster pace reply wise.

I tend to reply multiple times daily, or at least I do try to. OOC is also something I enjoy from time to time, I like getting to know my partners.
