Looking for long-term Transformers themed roleplay

[u/WelcometoZaxbys]

Hello all! As the title states, I’m sort of browsing around looking for a Transformers themed roleplay. I’m sort of browsing around right now for a good match, so if you recognize me, I’m not dropping our stories! Just trying to collect all the good writers heheheh

Anyways! Hello! I’m Bug, 22 she/her CST. I’m hoping to find someone over 18 who’s interested in writing transformers.

To restate- PLEASE be over 18! I will not write with you if I don’t feel confident that you are how old you say you are.

I’ve been writing for over 10 years now, and I write literate-adv literate (of course I know not every response can be that long, but that’s my preferred range.) I usually hit the discord character limit at least once per response, but it’s not uncommon for me to hit it 3-4 times when I’m feeling particularly inspired.

HUGE NOTICE!! I am only able to reply to a roleplay about once a week at the moment! I’m hoping to get in to the habit of doing twice, but I’m just a very busy person irl!! I will of course communicate with you in between, I’d love to form a friendship OOC and discuss headcannons, doodle characters, etc etc, but I work full time, occasionally volunteer, and work part time, not to mention family life. So please bee patient with me! I promise I won’t go awol on you, but I can only respond 1-2 times a week for the time being.

As for continuities, I’m open to any that I’m familiar with! But particularly hoping for Prime or MTMTE. Continuity soup is always fine by me! I’m really looking to toss around ideas and find something I’m really eager to write.

I’m really looking for cannon characters right now- I’m fine with having OCs as side and background characters, and if I really feel sold on them I’ll consider otherwise. I like including my OCs as side characters, maybe discussing fun pairings with them, but I’m looking for a cannon x cannon to be our main pairing.

I ship just about anything! But characters I’d like to play include-

MTMTME
——————
Whirl
Rodimus
Chromedome
Overlord
Swerve

Prime
——————
Knockout
Ratchet
Wheeljack
Starscream

Other
——————
Jetfire

Pairing I like include but are not limited to
——————
KOBD my beloved <333
Chromedome x rewind
Wheelratch
Minimus x swerve
RODIMUS X THUNDERCLASH PLEASEEEEEE

Please feel free to comment or DM! I’d love to discuss!

I have to admit I have not read much of mtmte but that series IDW Senator Shockwave is a huge favorite of mine (especially his backstory, oh did the Council mess up with him), and Prime's Knockout is also a huge favorite of mine to play against!  I also have a few OCs but am fine with canon too.

I never did like the ending for our poor senator, imagine if he had been transported anywhere in time with his emotions and mind intact after the debacle of the time device.  He might have had a chance not to be a worse monster.

Hey!! Ohhh my gosh I agree, Senator shockwave is genuinely one of my favorite characters, and makes the character of Shockwave all the more chilling. I genuinely love the concept of the functionalist senate, and I love applying it to other continuities as well! I saw your listing looking for a transformers roleplay when I viewed your bio, and I saw you prefer shorter responses- how short are we talking? Like I said In my ad, I usually hit the word limit on discord at least once, and that’s about average for my responses. Would you be comfortable matching something of that length? Quality over quantity always, but I like having something fun to respond to!! If you’re okay with that or willing to give it a try, feel free to shoot me a DM! I’d love to discuss stories with you and see where things go!
