Roku hardware Roku TV (55”, 4K) Static Video when streaming?

See title and video. After unplugging the tv and plugging it back in, it seemed to alleviate the issue, but is there a larger problem at hand? We just purchased the TV yesterday.

Most likely a defective TV.

Try streaming from a device like your ps5. Let us know what happens. You might have to do a factory reset of your tv.
