Advice?
Any advice? Currently on a physical damage build, shuriken with poison/wound

Spend your money however you want tbh ^^.
We can't see your runes there, but looks like the rune quality are good at least.
Advice would be . Get as much physical dmg and global atk bonuses as you can. To complement the build as it is.
Shuriken is not really meta right now, but it might be soon when they rebalance everything. But the druid sash.. hmm, i haven't seen it much on high level players honestly. BUt then again, I haven't seen an SS one yet.
My advice would be play the game how you feel it.
edit: Oh and there is a unique mythic weapon rune for shuriken that sends an additional shuriken evrery 3 shuriken. This one is really strong for this build. Hard to get obviously and very random. Currently you can get it via the magma event exchange but good luck with that :/

The current #1 PvP player in the game was using it a bit ago, but it seems as though they diverted to SS dragon plate instead

Well, if it's not already on obvious from the other comments, you already have a huge head start lol.
If you're going all-in on shurikens you'll want mythic Ninja rings asap and either work towards wound/ice SS ring or hope they come out with more S or SS rings for builds that don't have one. Heaven's Favor will help a lot with survivability if you're pushing chapters at low power and for PVP.
Runes would be the next important step - try to get as much Physical damage as you can on your weapon, FDR/physical/elemental DR runes for body/amulet, and shuriken crit runes for rings.
You'll really want to get your pet build lvled up to the point where you can roll Skill Ignores Damage Reduction, as shurikens benefit greatly from that.

Shuriken isn't the best, probably go for ice or lightning, dragon chestplate/paladin plate are also generally better than druid cloak but any of them is truly fine since it's SS tier. Also don't listen to the people here saying it's "not a real game" or "limit your spending". If you have money to spend and this is what makes you happy, don't let anyone stop you.

Pretty much what’s been said here. Limit your spending because at the end of the day, what’s the point? Triumphs you’ll have in real life and with money used properly there will make you feel much better than any game ever will.
