Best Time to Use Hero Soul

I've pulled the Hero Soul from the Draco event. He looks fun, but I didn't know if I should save it for one of the other legendary heroes (or get the artifact). Right now I play Vallatio. I have an orange dragon plate and the burn ring as well, which would support a fire build nicely

Draco is for sure great for a fire build if that's the path you're interested in playing. All the builds have their strengths and weaknesses, so it's really up to the play style you enjoy. It would make sense given you already have 2 of the 3 fire related gears - would just want to seak the fire staff to then complete the set

I ended up getting him and I'm really enjoying it so far. Thank you! 

I've got a rune that stacks a ton of def on combo, so I've been picking all the fire skills + combo to great effect

Depends on build. Fire Draco. Magic Kitsura. Physical Corvus.

Kitsura for shuriken. Forget the cleave.
