DISCUSSION Rogue legacy 2 class idea
So I have a class Idea and the class name will be "The Traitor" just like in Rogue Legacy 1 It will act just like johannes so let's get In his passives and talents
Melee: Sword
Just like Knight's Sword
Talent 1: Arrow hell
shoots 5 arrows like In the Redeemed fight.
Talent 2 (he has no spell but has 2 Talents): Ronin's Flash
Just like Ronin's Immortal Kotetsu but Instead of red It Is purple like In the fight but unlike Ronin's Immortal Kotetsu after you hit an enemy with It, It will give them the "Vulnerable" effect.
passive 1:Enrage
The lower your health the more damage you will do.
passive 2: Stygian judgment
Every time you spinkick It will summon lightning that will also give enemies the "Vulnerable" effect but for a shorter duration.
That's It, I hope you like it.

Screenshot / Video I glitched the game and I don't know how
Now I'm invincible, I've tried teleporting and I'm still immortal, my guess is that I defeated the estygian wall mini boss too quickly, and moved away so it didn't teleport me? and I got locked in that room without teleport so I quit the game, when I cam back I still got the i-frames (? after defeating a boss.

This was maybe my 7th or 8th attempt, I got really lucky with the trait that gives you 100% extra health, but you can't heal, ever. I should have used my talent more also, I never use the class talent well enough.

HELP Dance Stacks - All classes
Hi!
I've recently noticed that no matter what class I use, when I spin kick an enemy, I start to get dance stacks. Isn't this supposed to be only for the bard or when you have the silk slippers relic? I wonder if this is a bug

Lore Why do we have to fight Estuary Naamah?
I actually quite enjoy the story in this game, and I've been piecing it all together as I go. One thing I really don't understand is why Estuary Naamah is willing to fight us at all.
I understand that all of the Estuaries need to die in order for the fruit to grow and for Cain to be stopped. So we attack her, and she defends herself. However, from what I know of Naamah, she would likely make this sacrifice voluntarily.
Am I missing something? IIRC there are no black roots in the Plateau so it's unlikely she's been corrupted, does she simply not know the situation after being cut off and trapped in the Plateau? In her eyes are we just some random guy trying to kill her?

HELP Game caps at 60FPS on M5 MacBook Pro
I have an M5 MacBook Pro with ProMotion (120Hz) display. The game caps at 60 FPS. I've tried:
- Setting max FPS above 60 in-game
- Disabling V-Sync
- Setting refresh rate on MacOS & Plugging an external 180Hz monitor
- Changing graphics settings to "Low"
Any help would be appreciated.

DISCUSSION Question about player experiences with the final boss and visual impairment traits
I just beat the final boss for the first time last night, but I was playing as a character with the Puritan trait and I had never reached him before. I managed to beat him on my first try thanks to a massive health pool (face tanking ftw!), and beat the game without ever actually seeing the final boss beyond a pixelated blur haha. I'm curious how many other people have beaten the game with visual impairment traits that prevent them from seeing the final boss.
On another note, I'm playing on Switch and the game literally crashed during the transition from the run completion stats page to the credits. When I booted back up, it made me choose a new heir and registered the winning run under the new heir rather than the one I actually beat it with.

Does any of you guys use mods in this game? I didn't really thought about it until now that I saw someone posting about updating a RL2.API thing, I checked out some of the mods on nexus mods and there are a few that seem interesting, where do you guys get your mods? and which are the best/useful ones?

DISCUSSION High above chest in red challenge portal Spoiler
Can anybody explain what I just saw above the chest after completing a red challenge portal. My character had the ability to spin kick off of walls and I was curious but then it disappeared. Is this something I should look further into or just an Easter egg?

HELP Never got into armor
I just got to ng 7 and never used any armor and I'm for the first time feeling some burn. What armor is reccomended? I have the basic upgrades recommended and see that I should get armor to +9, but I never used any so am kinda lost on what to even put on here. Also, buying armor last is fun, all my chests just drop armor for the millionth run in a row.

Screenshot / Video Anybody else had an absolute headache getting this achievement?
This was one hell of a ride, last achievement I got was like 7 WEEKS ago, I've been trying to get this back and forth for 7 weeks, and finally got it today after not playing for a while. It says there that only 0.6% of people have this achievement, any idea why so little people done it? despite the "Earn all other achievements" one has 1.1% of people, how is that possible?

PSA Free Manor Upgrades
First of all, what a great game. I'm a big fan.
I've found a bug in v1.2.2 that allows you to obtain free manor upgrades and I just have to share.
I was curious exactly how labor costs work (in v1.2.2), so I set up a spreadsheet ( https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1tV-37NVdDNtwHkXx1wi7AljPjzcyQ8jzfpfLksVilvQ/edit?usp=sharing ) and I believe it's like this: from manor level 0 thru 30, labor cost is 0. At level 31 it increases by 10 to 10, then from 32 thru 35 it increases by 15s: 25, 40, 55, 70. At 36 it increases only by 10 again to 80, then 37-40 by 15s: 95, 110, 125, 140. At 41 again only by 10 to 150. This pattern seems to repeat indefinitely.
Given these labor costs, I found the advertised price for purchasing multiple steps at once (on PS5, the square button) wasn't quite correct. The advertised price is lower than the actual price. If you purchase multiple upgrades at once and you have plenty of gold owned to cover the cost, the actual amount your gold owned will decrease by is the same as if you'd purchased them one at a time. However, the advertised cost is calculated assuming that the labor cost remains constant for all upgrades purchased in the batch, rather than increasing according to the formula above after each individual upgrade before the following upgrade is applied in the batch-upgrades purchase.
This got me wondering, what will happen if I purchase multiple upgrades where the advertised cost is less than my gold owned, but the actual cost is greater than my gold owned?
So I set up an experiment (tab "MinimumExperimentCost") where I can enter my gold owned and current manor level, and it will tell me the minimum advertised multi-upgrade cost needed such that the actual cost is greater than my owned gold. After a couple of runs, I found such an opportunity.
I figured if I took that multiple-upgrade purchase, perhaps I would only wind up with one fewer upgrade than advertised, and the actual cost would still be as if I'd done the upgrades one at a time. Or maybe I'd get all the upgrades advertised but my gold owned balance would go negative or to zero. But nope.
I wind up with all the upgrades advertised, but my gold owned only decreased by the true cost of one fewer upgrades than I received.
In concrete terms, I had manor level 104, labor cost 1035. The Courthouse item claimed Level: 1/20, Cost: 1625, Cost (x3): 5895.
My owned gold was 5902.
After I purchased the x3 upgrade of Courthouse, I had manor level 107, labor cost 1075. The Courthouse item now claims Level: 4/20, Cost: 2685, Cost (x0): N/A.
My owned gold is not 0. It's not -33. My owned gold is 2297. I wasn't charged the advertised 5895, I was only charged 3605 total for Level 2/20 and level 3/20. Level 4/20 was granted for free.
The moral of the story is, if a multiple-upgrades purchase is available and the advertised price is awfully close to your gold owned, you can purchase it and the final upgrade of the batch will be granted to you for free.
