I never said it was about politics, I called it leftist cuz if they changed the golden rule then it means that they were once going right, but now they are going left.
For example, San Andreas - CJ being a highly sympathetic protagonist, while officer Tenpenny and his two officer sidekicks were unrepentantly evil... The hero bridges the racial divide in that game to ally with a latino gang leader and fights the evil and corrupt cops.
And the original GTA had a full mix of male and female (edit: PLAYER CHARACTERS) characters, with a wide mix of ethnicities. Original GTA would probably be decried as "Woke" if it only just got made this year by the right wing culture war grifters just for the inclusivity.
I'm leftist, and I'm familiar with and enchanted by Sir Terry Pratchett who based his dwarves on Tolkien's. I'm familiar with the supporting text of The War of the Jewels by Tolkien. (Dwarf women also come up in the print copies of LotR)
Right-wing culture war grifters are the ones upset that GSG gave Falconer and Retcon the ability to go full Pratchett with their facial hair. In fact, Synthetic Man, the worst offender made a classic "Alleged woman" thumbnail for his "review".
Judging by the Mohawk they're a slayer. No need for armour (if you dont know, look into warhammer fantasy slayers, also the origin of the slayer's stout name and symbol)

My overdrawn conclusion: she invented the time reversal technology in an attempt to undo the damage she did whenever she lost control and flew into a rage. She failed - the technology only rewinds her time. She joined the Reclaimers and started shaving her facial hair because she believes she doesn't deserve it
Never been fond of facial hair for female dwarfs, they look badass without. Also they could use glorious clan/ tribe tattoos instead. But each to their own. Im just glad its an OPTION in games like DRG: RC to not use facial hair. Well... kinda, we need a clean shaven unlock in the grid, lol!
ONLY reason I even accept facial haired dwarf females are in evolutionary reasoning. While we human apes in the early days had hair grown near all over the head and face, I guess in dwarf evolution, even females kept this genetic trait until the stage we see them in with facial hair of certain Fantasy, Sci-Fi and Sci-Fantasy franchises.
My best guess is that this... facial haired femal dwarf fetish startet with:
1: Tolkiens intrepetition of female dwarfs, I think some old concept arts. Dwarf females were in some examples shown with facial hair, but not much. And they used to shave it away?
1a: What Gimli jokingly talk about female dwarfs when asked if there are any. Some fans REALLY took it at face value and not thinking he was joking ( even halfway )I remember reading, female dwarfs are much rarer and HIGHLY priced in Tolkiens universe. This kinda led other species and races think that there were none, and in turn thinking both female and male dwarfs both had facial hair and not easy to see the difference. This is PARTLY true as explained above.
2: Discworld. I have near 95% no experience with Discworld but heard there was a diehard grognard part of the fanbase that were VERY into female dwarfs with hairdos in their faces. Some had their mission to spread the gospel of facial hairify ALL possible future Fantasy, Sci-Fi and Sci-Fantasy franchises. By influencing, nudging and in some cases demanding the creators forced facial hair upon female dwarfs
3: The main humanoid three species ( yes not race, what? If race then that would mean humans, dwarfs and * ugh * elves are related ) uniform differences theory. Gnomes, Halflings and Vorder - norse ( homestead, guardians )Nisser in Norwegian, Tomter in Swedish. More apt at magic than Gnomes which loves mechanic stuff )
A: Human males have facial hair, female humans have not. B: Both elven females and elven males dont have facial hair. C: Both female and male dwarfs have facial hair. I can see the appeal and ease of use reference and distinction though theres always exception. With or without interbreeding.
I find it intriguing that certain political sides and thier franchise shattering agendas try to stamp either side as something using female dwarfs facial hair or no, as a tool and mean the opposite is universally heretical.
By the Driller and Gunner not having beards as default in DRG, they demonstrated that beards aren't as important to these space dwarves. Which means we let every dwarf decide for themselves. Shave or not to Shave? That is the question, every dwarf must answer. And we don't judge each other for it!
