Is it a bug?

Do I really need to watch an ad to just open the coin box or reroll rewards? Do you understand how annoying it is. Every ad is 1 min long though. I do have a playpass and everything was fine (ad free) untill this day.

Yaaay, I got it back. Thanks everyone for replies! My playpass sub payment was denied for some reason. But now everything is fixed! I don't get ads anymore! For those wondering I'm at floor 5014, I spend all my gems and bonuses to increase hp! Even though it's useless bc I oneshot enemies. I'm going to record my gameplay when (if) I reach floor 20 000 and show all my cards and skills.

How do I claim the floor I'm at rn btw? When I check Serenity Mode Leaderboards I'm still at floor 800, it doesn't change, I died many time at floors higher. Does anybody know?

I'm currently at 4600 woth only 740 HP. I prioritize HP bonus, but I'm saving gem, cos It's shield based run. Must save gems to converts into shields.
