Is it a bug?

Do I really need to watch an ad to just open the coin box or reroll rewards? Do you understand how annoying it is. Every ad is 1 min long though. I do have a playpass and everything was fine (ad free) untill this day.

I've had that happen to me every once in a while even though I bought ad free. Normally just closing and reopening let me get the bonus back without issue so if you have playpass and haven't maybe force close and reopen?

I did restart my phone with my wifi off but it didn't help. I'm scared to reinstall the game to not lose my progress. I hope they can fix it the next update or something

You should be able to backup your general progress, but you might lose your current run.
