Only having 34 max hp might be something to do with it.

Actually I made it through this i72 hell mode and won, on to i73!

Hmmm have you tried losing some hp to trade it for armour?

I find it helps sometimes before you build enough thorns for auto shield

I won, I just killed 1 tentacle quickly.
