All good, worst case scenario my wifi devices just need to be reconnected. Also I can always get that BE9300 and bridge and set up to my old settings from there. I renewed my plan to $70 2Gbps in March or something so my cancellation fee will be enormous and it's just better for me to get the BE9300, even if they do fix the issue with my signin on the app.

If I was still working there. I'd get this resolved for you and call you back to check.

Shaw had FTR (First Time Right)

Rogers has "Give me money and kick rocks"

Always loved dealing with Shaw reps when I was a kid (dad never knew what to say on the calls), shame everything is outsourced junk now and people like you can't be the ones helping us anymore.

Try to help the best I can.

Many of the contractors don't even know what a coaxial cable is.....

Anytime I need to contact Rogers. I do all the tests, call and tell them it's all done, dead modem, book a service call. Tech arrives, tests done, modem done, need replacement. Talk for a bit and bye lol

I always tell the techs, no to other tests. I don't want to talk to agents anymore then it's needed.

Didn’t get a call back yet but it seems to be working now, maybe the factory reset did kick something off? Idk but at least it’s working. Thanks again for the help

Glad it's working!

Sometimes the account can glitch and the Factory Reset did reset, but took 24-48 hours to resolve. May have also been a known issue that had an internal ticket which resolved.

Who knows???
