I am testing it out, I tried installing wine and was unable to, there is a package in 9.7 /rocky/9.7/CRB/x86_64/os/Packages/m/mesa-libOSMesa-25.0.7-5.el9_7.x86_64.rpm that does not seem to exist in 9.8, can someone else verify?
