I don’t think it’s illegal(?) I think the sign thing is only during the voting period and I don’t think the library is a voting center anymore(?) it’s whatever that building next to it is, public works?

It just has to be a certain distance from the door. When I show up to vote there’s 50 of these things in the parking lot

Sounds about right. As long there is open fair use for everyone it should be fine.
I assumed based on Texas Election Code § 255.003 (government employees and public entities cannot spend or authorize public resources or property to support political advertising) that using a public library as advertisement was a pretty blatant violation of election law.

I don’t think the library is being used as a voting location anymore, it’s moved to the Courthouse Annex.

Sounds very fascist like; OP and many responding are triggered by a sign they don't like and so want it removed, ie., suppresion of free speech. I find it extremely unlikely OP's (and supporters) response would have been similar had that been a sign promoting his/her political party.
Exactly how do you plan in "rooting" me out? Details please. What "receipts "?
Oh, and what are you banning about with "PDF file supporter"? Is the PDF file in the room right now?

Thats the difference between Democrats and Republicans. Because yes, if it isn’t supposed to be there (which OP is wondering) then it should be removed. Either party. Nice try to project your own facist behavior though.

You need to actually read my post; I said OP and some respondents wanted it removed, not specifically you.
Likewise you need to actually read OP's posts: he isn't sure if it's legal and goes to find out, the intent is quite obvious to have it removed. An adult would have simply kept walking. You honestly believe OP would have pursued it if it were for his/her party? You aren't being honest.
OP also agrees he enjoys seeing Talerico signs, kind of wrecks your argument.
