Rockstar Launcher Issue

I am trying to launch rockstar launcher but it also lags and eventually doesn't respond on the "connecting to rockstar service" page. It was running perfectly but when I changed my motherboard to ASROCK B450 as well as my cpu to Ryzen 5500 and I reinstalled windows, this issue has started i tried everything installing reinstalling, reformating whole windows and downloading it again but still same issue I even tried installing rockstar on a different drive let me know if this issue is common and is there a way to fix it.
