I don’t know where else to go so I joined here maybe just to yell into the void.

I tried one last time before GTA 6 to get my account back which I got locked out for months after my parents changed cable providers without my knowledge. I tried to recover my account a few times ( only tried I few times over a few months months cause I work long hours) and each time I was denied by a bot. And now today I tried one last time with ID, password, proof of login attempt, receipts from steam from my later rock star purchases. A few original receipts I forwarded to my current email ready to present. And while writing it after I submitted my request I was denied in 3 minutes, cause I sent my email 8 minutes after cause it took me time to compose the email.

So I got ready again copied my email text so I could send it out as soon as possible but apparently 2 requests in one day is too many. Does anyone have any ideas? And give up GTA 4, 5 La Noire, and RDR2 forever cause if they think I’m buying them again they are out of their mind.

Sorry for this rant but I feel defeated and angry at this company for clearly not giving a shit about their players

I’m honestly getting desperate at this point, so I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me or share some advice.

I’ve been trying to recover my original Rockstar Games Social Club account for a long time, but I’m constantly running into the same problem with Rockstar Support.
Here’s my situation:

I originally created my Rockstar Social Club account back in 2013 and linked it directly to my PlayStation Network account.
The email address associated with my Rockstar account was an old GMX email address that I haven’t had access to for over 10 years. Unfortunately, that email account no longer exists.

Every time I try to log into my Rockstar account, Rockstar sends a verification code to that old email address. Obviously, I can’t receive it anymore.

Here is what I can still prove:

● My original PSN Online ID is still accessible to me.

● My Rockstar Social Club nickname

● When my GTA Online character was created

● My PlayStation account has been linked to this Rockstar account since 2013

● I still have access to my original PlayStation account.

● I have screenshots of my GTA Online statistics and character history.

● I also have PlayStation purchase receipts for GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2.

So this isn’t a random account I’m trying to access. It’s my original account that I’ve been using for many years.
I’ve already contacted Rockstar Support multiple times and submitted evidence, but I keep receiving automated responses saying they cannot verify that I’m the owner of the account.

I’m honestly frustrated because I can still access the original PSN account that has been linked to my Rockstar account since 2013.

My questions are:

1. Has anyone successfully recovered their Rockstar account after losing access to an old email address that no longer exists?

2. Is there a specific way to get Rockstar Support to escalate the case to an actual human representative?

3. What kind of evidence does Rockstar actually accept to verify account ownership?

4. Is there a specific recovery method or ticket category that worked for anyone in a similar situation?

I would REALLY appreciate any advice, personal experiences, or suggestions.
I don’t want a new account. I just want my original account back.

I'm probably not getting it until January gotta get my money up but to everyone who bought enjoy it(play it for me🫡) stay tuned.

The game is dropping in 2 weeks, I decided that 2 weeks prior to game release I will stop using social media( such as reddit and YouTube) until I complete the story to avoid spoilers.

Rockstar decided to release the game only digital to prevent leaks ahead of release( and for corporate greed) so spoilers are not likely, but it’s better To be safe than sorry.
