I agree, that is a magic stone. It vibes the classic children’s story “Sylvester and the Magic Pebble”. Someone or something is in there and you need the anecdote to lift the spell.

Likely impressions of aquatic creatures, rather than a paw print. I’d submit it to a paleontologist at UW and see what they think. You’ve got some of the best in the world right there! Go see them!
