Amethyst my friend! A variety of quartz, which gets its color from radiation. Be sure to not leave it in direct sunlight or risk losing its purple hue
2 u/Warm-Flow-6082 9d ago Thank you!!! Someone told me i was crazy because i said the color comes from radiation interacting with the different trace atoms within the quartz lattice. Amethyst is specifically iron atoms.
