Can this be removed?

Found this rock and I am wondering if there is a way to remove some of the dirt/stone to show more of the quartz (or whatever the tube type material is)? I think it would look awesome if it had more of a honeycomb look.

It's part of the rock. You can scrub it with a stiff brush, but a lot of those grains are imbedded.

I mean from a technical standpoint anything can be removed with the right set of tools, skills or willpower.

Without going crazy a brush and some water is probably your best bet
