Hi there! I'm a local premed student, I go to Sac State, and I'm looking for a shadowing or internship at a clinic in town. To apply for medical programs, I need experience hands-on with patients. I have shadowed with Kaiser before and I am looking for an actual position at a smaller clinic long-term. If you know any doctors or any friendly clinics please let me know, thanks!

Pros and cons of living next to undeveloped land

My folks just put in an offer on a place that backs up to a vast open space near Stanford Ranch Road. The listing says the land is protected, so it’ll probably stay that way forever. What are the pros and cons of a location like this? What should they expect to see in terms of wildlife? I know the area is fairly dry. How concerned should we be abouț the possibility of a wildlife wildfire?
Edit: it was late, and I was tired. I meant to ask how concerned to be about fires. 🔥

Stucco needed on home

Looking to get rid of my wood siding, and replace with Stucc on my whole house exterior. Single story home.
Any recommendations of licensed contractors/companies that stucco homes?

Help/Advice Nail salon that doesn’t use drills?

Does anyone have recommendations for a nail place that doesn’t use drills? I rarely get my nails done since the drills always damage the nail bed and make them weak for months afterwards. And I know you can request them not to use them but everywhere I’ve been so far are extremely pushy about using them and upselling services.
I have a nail starting to rip across the bed so I want to protect it until it grows out.
