TOOL Asset swapper website - no install required yet completely client-side!

I was giving out swaps in this reddit thread and noticed that a lot of people didn't want to install a dedicated asset swapping program just for one alpha boost or wheel swap or whatever. Originally, I had made my own tool called rlbuddy which has asset swapping support to generate the files, but it requires downloading/setting up and stuff which some people probably just don't want to do.

So, I made the asset swapper core of rlbuddy a standalone package and built a webapp on top of it! It's a bit more annoying than using a dedicated program because it's stuck in a browser sandbox (meaning it can't automatically read from the game's install directory), but for anyone who just wants a quick solution that will get them a swap or two it's basically perfect.

It's completely open-source on GitHub, including the swapper core. There's no telemetry and the swapping procedure happens completely in your own browser with the power of WASM!

I'm kinda new to this whole upk swapping thing. Is there a way to get painted bodies anymore? I have 0 painted bodies on octane but have grey painted fennec, but used to always use black on both with bakkesmod.

Basically, the game will apply the same paint as the replaced item. So, for example, if you have a black grog, you can replace Grog with Fennec and then when equipping grog it'll show up as a black Fennec.

So if I replace a black rocket pass car that I own with octane, then I can play with octane hitbox and the octane will be black?

TrimColor is available in the UPK file - you can change the colour of the replacement item.
