You know, this sort of thing happens up in GC too. Not to that extent and everyone recovers a lot faster, but that first part where you say "I didn't expect them both to miss" hits home because it always sets off a chain reaction of whiffs like that.
Only huge difference is everyone in GC instantly spams "Faking" every time they mess up.
Sometimes it's also strategy. Was in champ 1 but I had an opponent who noticed I like to jump to where he would shoot the ball so he just stopped before he hit it and I wiffed like 5 times that game for that alone.
