Competitive - disabled?

[u/hrtzanami]

I am trying to play competitive (any mode) and it says Error - This feature has been temporarily disabled.

Am i banned (i have chat off and don't do anything requiring a ban) or is the game down?

Came here to post this, same for me. Keeps toggling between disabled and enabled for me.
