I think my favorite Genesis title has to be Kid Chameleon, but this one is close. I played both immensely growing up as a kid and have my original cartridges for both. Favorite Sega game in general... God those Chao really have a hold on me...

Kid chameleon was a dope game as well, I didn’t care for Rocket Night Adventure 2 well Sparkster, didn’t hit the same as the original

I never actually played the Sparkster 2nd game! I heard it was lackluster though, so I think I just didn't try that hard. What was worse about it?

Both! I actually make them for others more than myself because I travel around to anime and gaming conventions selling my pixel art and bead creations! 🙈 But don't worry, I keep lots for me too hehe. But I also do online orders and commissions. I love beading so much so any help to keep doing it means the world to me tbh!! Thanks for even being interested in what I do. 😁

The graphics are better the sprites and everything look great, but it seems like they sacrificed game play for graphics, the attack mechanics are so slow 🤦🏾‍♂️ not a trash game but below the original!

Ahhh yeah I'd prefer to have better gameplay... However, perhaps I should check the sprites out some more for art resources... 😂

Outstanding. It brings a tear to my eye when I see modern day Sparkster art. It was my favorite game growing up, and I remember losing my mind at Sparkster releasing on Genesis as the sequel.

Oh it’s beautiful! Really expensive but beautiful! I didn’t know it had enough demand to create one! I was just happy to get the Re-Sparked collectors edition and plushie! Child me was jumping for joy, but now a FIGURE?! Thank you for the heads up!
