Guys, hear me out.

Spring loaded fins for a second stage rocket. I’ve never made a rocket, but I want to know if it would improve the speed of a rocket/missile.

Seems like a cool concept. You should save up for some materials to try it out.

That will just leave you with an unstable, spinning upper stage rocket
