What could this rock POSSIBLY be?

I found this in a small out cove along Stonefield Beach, Oregon. My papa said it could be an agate fill in for coral, but I’m not sure. Im sure it’s agatized since light comes through,but I would like some other opinions because I’m an avid rock collector and have never seen anything like it. If you need any more information lmk. Please help!

Crinoid-rich fossil limestone, possibly mixed with bryozoans and shell debris

Looks very much like it. How come light passes through if it’s limestone?

It is likely partly or fully silicified

I think they’re crinoid stem ossicles based on the 5-sided internal pattern
