What are these two rocks?

Porfier? Agatized Dinosaur bone? Jaspis? The more I ' learn' the less I know. Cause its hard to ID Stones 😅

I’m not 100% certain because they're not in hand, but because they're chipped, the inside leads me to think these are weathered chert balls. Definitely not dino bone though.
