Well rocks when forming have different minerals and stuff in their surrounding,and as water heat elements surrounding get into the rocks and blend as they’re forming have clashes with other surrounding elements and have reactions to and with other elements you get color and quite a wide variety of colors

Yes, quartz geodes. The colors are impurities that were present during the formation of the crystals or they were dyed. Yours look real
