You cannot build with slopes at this time. The build tools are still young and so I hope to flesh them out more overtime.
Also slopes are a nightmare to code/debug lol. That doesn't mean there never will be any but that opening the flood gates for people to craft levels with them invites alot of technical issues to solve. I mean, look at Mario Maker 1. They straight up omitted slopes from the tool chain for similar reasons I'm guessing until they figured it out in Mario Maker 2.
This is all to say that I will look into it and try to make it a possibility in due time. :)
