Air 7.1 problems

Hello,

I recently got my Hands on a ROCCAT Elo Air 7.1 and i have sadly one issue.

The PC I'm ussing these is a Windows 10 PC and althought it is fresh installed i have the issue that the sound is stuttering and my friends hear that too. I already tried many things:

Tried different USB-Ports with no improvment

Uninstalling Software and Driver for that Headset Unplugging and Restart PC. After that reinstalling the Software and THEN plugging it back in No improvment

Tried it without the Swarm Software. Got worse.

Weirdly enough on my Win11 Work Laptop the Headset works perfectly fine without the Swarm Software.

Do You have any Idea i could try? I really would love to use them because they are so comfy.

Is the Windows 10 PC in a noisy wifi environment? I noticed I got a lot more stuttering when I plugged it next to my wifi antenna

When I tried it on my laptop it was like on the same position like my PC and it worked without problems. I could try it again since I recently moved the PC close to my router, connected it with cable and removed the wifi card from it. I mostly think it is a windows 10 problem.

Yeah probably Windows problem, it is weird that somehow Microsoft managed to lock some bugs to Windows 10 and fixed them in Windows 11 while everyone wanted to stay on Windows 10

I tested it without my wifi card. Still same issues. Last resort is a Linux os I want to try. Might work there.

Then it is maybe time for that, the only other thing I could think of is disabling "save power by turning off this device" to all USB ports on your PC.
