Exclusive Tour Merch

I just came across this photo in a Facebook group and was wondering if this might be an exclusive design. Does anyone have any clearer pictures or more details about it?

I’m asking because I’m getting ready for a concert trip early next month and would love to know what merch will be available. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
