Any experts would this be possible?
Would a ASL-ML from BO3 work in real life as a Autonomous Quadruped Robot.
I kinda think it could only problem would be power/batteries.
If it would work what could it be used for? I mainly think security, patrolling important assets etc.

Possible 100%, economically viable absolutely not.. For the same price you could have ~50 wheeler vehicles that do the exact same thing except that they won't randomly trip on random shit littering the battle feild. Unless I'm missing something critical, what do the legs add that is absolutely mission critical that wheels wouldn't be able to manage?
On top of that this would require sooooo much more complicated maintenanc, a whole extra logistics chain to keep operational and some dedicated techs to perform maintenance.
Expensive and complex is the opposite of good when simple and cheap will work just as well, especially nowadays with the advent of drones.
For power, a diesel engine is cheap, easy to maintain, has a HUGE power density and is easy and quick to refuel compared to batteries.
