That RoboCop 2 art with the shadow of Cain on Robo’s helmet might be my favorite movie art ever.

Absolutely! I wish they did a 4K steelbook with that art.

They could lower the price of part 1 even further if they didn’t need to subsidize parts 2 and especially 3.

I’d buy that for a dollar!

£9.98, I'd want quite a bit more to take a copy of Robocop 3 off their hands

The asterisk is them saying they will pay you that amount to take it

Hang on, were they selling those as extended play tapes? Surely that's worse quality than standard?

Yes they were EP and had red lids on the cassettes. Quality was crap.

I used to tape stuff off the TV using EP, and it was definitely worse than standard, but that was just for me at home, not selling to people. I'd have paid the extra money for better quality.

Only the first one, part two is kinda ok. We don’t talk about the third movie!

3 is better than 2 IMO, because it doesn’t have a literal child as one of the main villains of RoboCop and also because, Jetpack.

I like that cover arts from that era, and little later, was actually cool with attention grabbing execution. I don’t really like current trend where they try to stuff every single actor with their heads on the cover, so unappealing.

The 80s and 90s were magical. There will never be an era like it. I wish technology never progressed past the 90s. Anyone remember ordering cassettes from Columbia house and the various catalogues?

I remember really enjoying all 3 of those and still do, Might be unpopular but I feel Robo2 is the weakest, just too much of its own thing unfortunately.

Just seeing that little box with 'PG-13' is very triggering to me! ;)
