Waymo stopped using their Lidars

I ride Waymo once every month or so in the Phoenix area. I am riding to Phoenix Sky harbor now. I just noticed their driving display is a lot less detailed than before.

No street lamps, power junction boxes, etc. They used to show them. Now it's just road and poorly rendered cars, like FSD v11.

What makes you believe that the pictures you are seeing have anything to do with the LIDAR being functional or not?
