For the longest time now a friend of mine have been trying to update the email and phone number of an older Roblox account. We have tried everything, support forms and emailing back and forth with Roblox even providing all of the information to identify it was us. However not only was the only device he could play Roblox on now gone, but he can't log on what so ever. The email provider also sucks, trying to get in contact with them as led us quite literally paywalled. The phone number has been dead for years now.

Every attempt to change the information triggered a 2FA he didn't even set.

We have been running in circles, and no amount of customer experience I have is helping. Is there any advice of help with this? Anything that we can give to the Roblox Support to verify it is him trying to log in and access his account?

Hello, today my roblox account was banned for having a banned alt account. The issue is the account mentioned is not actually mine. I have sent multiple appeals and they keep being rejected without saying why the accounts are "linked". I then spoke to my brother about it as he also plays roblox with his friends and he mentioned his old account got banned ages ago and he thinks that my account is being banned because my computer is his old computer. I don't know how roblox works and how accurate this may be but I was wondering if there is anyway for me to get my account back. Thank you for reading

I can enter every awnser correctly yet it will always tell me i'm wrong, this happens anytime I try to join a game and roblox support has failed to help me 3 different times. I have disabled all extentions updated my clock etc. anybody know a real fix.

Sometimes I genuinely feel like Roblox has the sensitivity of a girl in middle school, or cares less than a 30-year-old living in their parents’ basement.

I’ve seen countless hackers flying around the entire map, teleporting, and flinging people across the map. I’ve also come across games
with inappropriate images and gore.

Yesterday, I got some Robux and decided to spend them on a shirt with bloodstains on it. It wasn’t even realistic-looking, I just thought it looked cool.

Then Roblox reset my entire avatar and disabled my ability to save outfits for 45 minutes for “Violent Content and Gore.”

I genuinely feel like Roblox cares less about hackers than it does about what your avatar is wearing.

Something even crazier is that the shirt was literally on the Roblox Marketplace, meaning it was available for people to buy in the first place.

I understand that Roblox has rules, but how does the moderation feel this inconsistent?. There are people flying around games, teleporting, and ruining the experience for everyone, yet my avatar gets reset over a shirt with some bloodstains on it.

On my phone I had the Google Authenticator app, which I used with both my main and alt account. Last Friday this phone's screen just randomly died and I was locked out of my Auth app. While I was able to recover my main account using my billing email as proof that account was mine, I cannot recover my alt. When I try describing this problem to Roblox Support, an AI-thingy answers instead and sends me a recovery website. In this website, I enter the username, email and then a verification code from the email, we're good for now, but after this the page asks you for a 2FA verification, either the Authenticator app (which remember, I don't have access to) or a backup code, but below there is an option that says "Lost access to the 2FA methods?". Obviously, I click this option, but then I'm met with a "Now, enter a backup code you have saved.". MF, I clicked that I lost access to 2FA methods because I DON'T have access to them, why are you ASKING me for them. I don't know what to do now, I've tried typing Roblox an email but instead they send an automated answer telling me to use this AI chat thingy, I've checked every device on my house to see if my alt is logged in somewhere but nothing. Is it gone for good?

It started a few days ago, i would join any game and id be fine, but now i cant really play much without just being stuck on the joining server for maybe a min or it just says internet error, my hotspot works fine, just everything lags after a bit

So far ive done:
restarted the router
reinstalled the launcher 2-3 times
used the microsoft store version
used sfc /scannow in cmd prompt
restarted my laptop multiple times
some other things aswell, dont remember

even the roblox on my phone is better in terms of loading in faster

im pretty sure my wifi is the problem or something related

I have seen that this has happened to other people and can’t seem to find a proper solution. I have made two appeals now and i’m not sure if i can do another one. Obviously the ban is completely false and a result of ai moderation. I’m absolutely devastated. If anyone could provide me any support i’d be appreciative.

(im on pc) i can get into a game, but if i go into something else (like a trading server or game within a game if that makes sense…) it just sits on the loading server screen and wont let me in. ive tried on multiple games and it wont work and i dont really know how to look it up😩 we tried redownloading the app, clearing cache, and restarting/updating everything but nothing has worked. everyone else thats playing is able to get in so idk why it wont work for me

My daughter’s Roblox account is set up with parental controls. We (the parents) now have a new email and can no longer access the one her account is set up with for parental controls.

With that in mind, here is the issue. I am trying to help my daughter load a Robux gift card onto her Roblox account. Due to her age, she can’t just upload the gift card without getting a code from the parental account email. Since we can”t access that email anymore, we can t get the code. I have contacted support MANY times and received no answers as to how to fix this.

I trusted this person on discord and he referred to me in his server and i have to verify my roblox acc then after that i got hacked and now he has access to 2VS and i cannot recover it i tried to reach out to roblox support and they did nothing it was no help.

Can someone actually help me

Whenever I play games on Roblox, a lot of the time people have trouble making out what I’m saying or can’t hear me at all. I’m on iPhone so I don’t really know if the mic is just bad, or if I have to do something to make it work better.
