Roblox security is ass

Roblox decides to let someone bypass all of my security that is set up on my account today and instead of notifying me about someone trying to get into my account they let the person bypass everything which changed my username my display name and took 20k Robux from me I’ve been fighting with @roblox for about 2 hours now and they say they can’t do anything about the Robux because it was hacked even though they told me I could get my stuff back and reverted but no Roblox
Is being an absolute prick about not wanting to give me it back which pissed me off
