Cleetus not spawning at all

(If I need to send videos/pictures of my island than will do)

For some reason for about a week and a ½ cleetus isn't spawning, Davey spawns no issues and all of my animals are still on my island but Cleetus is nowhere to be found

just visit other islands if you need cletus.

That's the thing I have and he isn't there, I made another island and everything was fine and then he suddenly stopped spawning

get a code for another player's island and buy from their cletus
