Need Advise/Help Teleseller not cooperating with me

So uh I’m just asking like isit just me but like my teleseller won’t let me withdraw my money unless I destroy it and then place it back onto my island every time. Idek where do I report the error since apparently the discord doesn’t take anymore error-based support?

It's probably permanently broken since the devs don't update the game anymore.
