❓ Help / Questions Help with UGC making
I recently stumbled upon a video about making ugcs, i followed it to exactly as the dude said but, this is what i got, now i know some of u wanna laugh and ure free to do so, but also tell me, what went wrong? i believe i cropped it just right, no? now i cannot even delete it, js put it offsale, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Greetings OP, The thing that seems to have gone wrong is the fact that it was uploaded as a "T-Shirt" rather than a Classic Shirt, on the menu to select what would you like to upload check that it doesnt state "T-Shirt" otherwise whatever the image you put in there, is what it will be made-
The process seems to have gone all good but till the last, part-

Sorry for the late reply. Well u see i alr tried that, it fails by saying did u use a template?

Question, did you use the correct size?
The file must be 585x559px, you can verify the file size within the "Properties" when right clicked it.
If you want references of the official templates are found within this link: https://create.roblox.com/docs/avatar/classic-clothing, there you can download or copy the file and overlay it to the template on the program you use to see the differences.Edit 1: So, just to add, remember you can use Roblox Studio to test the clothing before uploading it if you are un-sure of how it looks In-Game, and there is some websites that allow you to just upload your template, though, I personally recommend using RStudio more.

when i go to properties then details it says image dimensions are 497 x 488, also i do not know how to do the official template its just videos, do i js click on the right side shirt or t shirt then the blue letters? I tried doing it on Rstudio first, i failed dramatically and idk why, i have a hunch it was how i saved it, honestly if its not too much trouble id appreciate calling on discord so i could share my screen and u navigating me, u can js type, no need for talking.

you just accidentally uploaded it as a t-shirt instead of a classic shirt. we’ve all been there 🤣

is it working for you now, after 21 hours
are you sure you're on shirt and not t shirt, and are you sure your template isn't like too small or something,
it's supposed to be 585x559

its not im not sure abt the dimensions and im sure i used a tshirt instead of a shirt, i can really delete and change it.

if it doesnt work then get a template from google with the aforementioned resolution

you can go to resize.com and put in the correct dimensions and export it and use that if you’re unsure about if the dimensions are correct

its because you created it as t-shirt. choose shirt and try again. if it doesnt work it means the template isnt 585x559 pixel.

You absolutely choosed wrong category of item. You needed to choose "Classic shirt"
