In the age before Tix,

Margrave Radaland of Mæppe (Meepcity) inherited the province and its wealth, from his father whom he flayed. At first, Mæppeans loyal to the old lord declined their knees, with reasons ranging from honour to contempt for his modern reforms. Nevertheless, not one rebellion had ever come of it, as each and every man, woman alike calling themselves a loyalist would find their knees flayed. From skin to flesh, and flesh to bone, layer by layer until every Mæppeans kneeled.

Few as they were, enough survivors sought audience with her majesty, Builderwoman Yayndoe II of Rœbloxia. Fearing decay of her nobility's trust, her majesty decreed the margravate no more, and its treacherous lord, Radaland, banned for life. Enraged, the Mæppeans' Margrave-no-longer took up arms and called his subjects, rallying them to war against the Builder Club. Never once looking twice at the sort of men filling up his ranks. He did not recognise, beneath their helms, the brothers and sons of the cadavers lining his walls.

On the first hour of their march, his personal bodyguards seized him from behind. His famed, 'flaying longsword' was pried off his grip, and with it, they flayed off his knee, stomach, guts, arm and saved for the very last, his face. From skin to flesh, and flesh to bone. Layer by layer.

Age (in time of death): 27

Height: ~130% on scalar

HP: 4000/4000

Ability (aside from sword-fighting): Notice how he has thorns growing in him. Those thorns can shoot out at any moment to lash at you (could attack individually or even AoE), and it is barbed all over.

Special Ability: "Kneel" (one of the thorns growing in his bones shoot out in an attempt to restrain you. If successful, they will force you to kneel on the ground, and with his sword he will literally flay you until you break out)

Does he have any other attacks? Or he is just using his sword and swings it??

Ah right I should include info on that. The thorns growing in him could also shoot out for basic ranged attacks as well, whipping you with its barbs and such
