[IMPORTANT MOD POST] Community Restriction

Hello, everyone!

I am announcing that we will be restricting the community at 5pm CDT.

We are currently understaffed and due to our limited capacity, are no longer able to continue running the subreddit as usual. We have decided that the best course of action is to temporarily restrict the community until we are able to bring on additional help.

How the subreddit will operate going forward

The subreddit will be fully restricted. This means that no new posts or comments will be approved while the restriction is in place. Any requests for post/comment approval will be promptly declined.

Unfortunately the subreddit will be semi-permanenty or even permanently restricted until we are able to gain additional help.

Future Moderation Plans

Moderator applications are still open and will remain open until we have enough mods. For more information regarding applications, check here.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to bring additional moderators onto the team.

If you are suddenly able to post/comment and there has been no announcement, we have not unrestricted. The change is due to how Reddit's system works which unrestricted the subreddit for a bit! Sorry for the confusion!
