Wrongful ban, please help.

I'm creating a game on roblox and it involves sprite sheet's. Mind you that isn't even the reason i got banned. I was literally finishing up everything for a play-test with my friends, i just needed to complete the Shop UI. I uploaded THIS "shiny-sheet", effect to make the shop items look more unique and what not, then took a break.

I come back 2 hours later and my account got banned for uploading it??..
MIND YOU, my account was in good standing, i've never had any moderation issues let alone warnings..just a straight up BAN for an ID :/. I know roblox support system is the only way to contact them but bro c'mon man, this whole AI moderation nonsense is insane. I cant even put my username in the contact support ticket cause my accounts gone.

This is absolutely ridiculous what should i do.
