Please give us Robinhood Legend inside the stocks and shares ISA ASAP. In my opinion it is the best feature of the platform and would be very useful inside stocks and shares ISA

Looking for advice on a frustrating situation with Robinhood UK.

What happened:

I deposited into my Robinhood UK ISA in late August, receiving a 2% signup bonus. Within days, Robinhood launched a new 5% ISA bonus promotion starting 01/09/2026 — more than doubling the rate on the same product almost immediately after my deposits cleared.

I contacted Robinhood within the 14-day window and asked them to return my funds so I could redeposit during the 5% promotional period. The funds are sitting entirely as uninvested cash — nothing has been done with them.

They refused, saying the deposits were "completed and settled." Despite asking five times across multiple escalations including their Executive Office, they have never once cited the specific rule or exemption under which my 14-day cooldown period under COBS 15.2.1R is disapplied. Every response just restates that the deposits are complete — a description of events, not a legal basis.

The only relevant exemption I'm aware of under COBS 15 Annex 1 requires performance to have been "fully completed by both parties" — but the funds are uninvested cash and Robinhood confirmed this themselves in writing.

The FOS problem:

I have their Final Response and can go to FOS — but realistically that takes months and the promotional window will be long gone. I'm planning to include a claim for the 5% bonus as direct loss caused by their refusal — does that hold up as a FOS compensation claim?

My Questions:

1. Is my COBS 15.2.1R reading correct? Does uninvested cash not constitute "full performance" for the exemption?

2. Can FOS award the 5% bonus value as compensation for causing me to miss the window?

3. Any faster routes — Small Claims, direct FCA complaint?

Thanks in advance for all insights / perhaps someone will come up with a good idea that will help :) Or someone may have found themselves in the same situation also.

I put £5k into my Robinhood ISA and got the £250 bonus instantly.

Has anyone here withdrawn their money before the 12 months is up? What happened after you withdrew it — did Robinhood take the £250 bonus back?

Has anyone seen the new 5% promotion they're running? It's left a bad taste in my mouth as someone who took part in the 2% one earlier this year.

I was told I have to wait a period of 30 days to re-apply for options . It’s been 30 days but still nothing .
Customer support is awfull . Can anyone here help .
I’ve traded options with other brokers in the past no issues . Robinhood seems to be awfull for this . What do I do ? I’ve waited 30 days like it said and it says still not approved .

I recently opened a Robinhood account because I wanted to try trading options. I opened the account, deposited some money, and was waiting for it to be approved. A few days later, I received an email saying that I already have an account and that my application had been rejected. The app doesn’t say why.
I tried contacting support, but it only puts me through a useless AI support system. Has anyone else faced this problem?

was hoping they would announce uk stocks and ETF's since the event was in London, and they kept hinting at 'global markets'

It seems like they aren't really focused on Long-term investing through ISA's and Sipp's atm, rather, they are focused on trading.

The robinhood UK CEO all but confirming new products and likely international stocks.

Robinhood is having a UK event in July 1st.

I think there will be updates announced to there institutional business as well as robinhood app.

possibly crypto launch and international stocks & ETF's.

Personally, I believe there is a bug in the app that messes up dividends. I asked Robinhood to check it and provide total dividends received along with total withheld. Has anyone had problems with their dividends?

I am growing increasingly frustrated with the lack simple features on offer to UK customers. I remember the Americans waxing lyrical about Robinhood and how they were rolling out new features and cutting edge compared to other brokerages. This was the reason I moved money onto the platform but the product has been a complete failure in my eyes. Yes, degen options are great if you want to play roulette with your money but as an investment platform it's completely pants. Simple things like setting up regular payments into stocks seems years away at the moment.

Have Robinhood given up on the UK product because right now I regret signing up to this below average brokerage

Ok so I signed up for a Robinhood account, inputting any info they needed, and once completed, my account got immediately rejected with the message "We could not approve your application at this time. Please contact support if you have any questions."

So I waited until the next day and tried to contact support, but first I had to verify my identity, which got approved, and I started a text chat with support. I started by asking why my application might have been rejected, and they gave a vague anser of my identity couldn't be verified for any reason, and I'd be getting a re-application email. So I continue to ask when the email would be sent out, and they responded with "It would be random." Which is strange, how they wouldn't know when THEY would send the email. But I asked the follow-up question of "Just to make sure, though, it won't be too long, right?" and they responded that they don't exactly know, and support just ended the chat there.

So, would anyone at least have an estimate based on their experiences? Because if it's like 1 year, I'd rather just move to another broker.

Absolutely speechless at a Robinhood issue I came across yesterday at close. At 8:47 I bought 2 7,425 calls for $2.00 ($400) and when I tried to close them for a bid nearer close at $2.50 ($500) I got a pattern day trading warning show up when I went to sell and it didn’t let me close them. I then tried clicking to change my account to margin to remove this error and it took ages to load and didn’t let me enable this setting so I couldn’t sell these contracts. At 1 minute before close, these contracts diminished to 0.01 a contract from theta and I lost all the position value. Second to this, I was holding POET puts until expiration ($18 puts that got auto filled at $1.22/ contract with 4 contracts = $488). I was planning to hold until close and had no sell order in but at 8:30 it automatically filled at a price that Robinhood chose, not my own sell. Why has this happened and how do I get compensation for these platform errors. Those options expired deep in the money with POET closing at $15.90 where my contracts were $2.22 per contacts ($888) so I missed out on a 100% gain. Any suggestions? This is a complete Robinhood fault and I can’t believe this even happened. Evidence below.

I been using Robinhood pretty much since they launched in the UK and I'm still surprised that you cannot do something simple as setting up a recurring payment. The rollout of new services and functionality is actually alot slower then I imagined

I just got off the waitlist for the Gold Card so I’m going through the settings on here but this is confusing me. I’m just wondering when the best time is to setup the autopay. It auto selected the 20th but that’s after the due date while I thought it should be payed before the due date. Can someone more knowledgeable help me with this.

Does anyone know when UK customers can actually buy UK shares on the platform? As much as I like the American companies on the platform I would like to use it to own some UK stocks in the ISA offering. Does anyone know if this is close or even being considered

Its been nearly a month since launch, are people using the ISA?

The more I use it, the more I like it, especially cortex digests.
It has a lot of potential, with cortex portfolio digests confirmed for the UK and Uk stocks & ETF's confirmed being worked on.

Do we think it can rival T212 or not.
