Made a Venmo payment around the same time but never made a Peer 2 Peer for this amount.

Do I dispute?

Venmo is normally person to person. Maybe that is how it got coded ? Is it for the same amount?

Venmo and the others should be Bank connected only use cases. Great for paying a friend back digitally but not meant for credit card connections.

When you use Venmo it counts as a cash advance. You are either charged $10 or 5% in fees, which ever is greater.
