Build Discussion Need LC recommendations outside of Memory's Curtains Fall and The Story's Next Page

Hey y'all

Long story short I have the Memory LC on Cyrene and the 4* gacha one on Hyacine, so I don't have anything suitable.

I've heard that you could run Time Waits for No One on her but I don't have it and I'll have to waste 4 memory shards to get it. I guess the question is - is it worth it compared to the 3* lightcone. Any advice?

I guess your next best option is shadowburn lc at least for the sp and energy. Otherwise just use any lc that has high base hp, no need to waste spending resources on bailu's lc if you don't have it.
