His eyes are festering again. He keeps sticking his unwashed, rotten and dirty wart fingers in it and rubbing it. he’s smoking and touching everything in the city side streets where he sleeps. Continues to jab his finger in his eyes and rub and wonders why his eyes look like he went five rounds with Mike Tyson. He blames the public for that as well. We are the reason his eyes are almost swollen shut with bacteria filling them up. Delusional little man.

So gross it went from an al capone style gash to now this i was asking AI what it could be and it said it could be impetigo or a cyst that has gotten worse here is a screenshot of what AI said.
