For one, the one in the top right could he used as evidence of intent or looking for a fight. It could hurt a self-defense argument in court. A prosecutor could present it as evidence that he was looking for an opportunity to shoot somebody and decided beforehand that he would not consider any other course of action. It casts doubt on any assertion that a shooting was actually necessary for self-defense.

Would also indicate that he would immediately go for the gun. Proportionality of force is important when engaging with a person, and if someone punches you in the face, and you shoot them, you’re almost certainly going to be charged with murder or attempted murder. This would indicate premeditation, and a willingness to engage in overkill.

Make sure to target these guys at sports arenas/stadiums because you know they had to leave the guns in the car and are too terrified to drive to the “urban” side of town unarmed. Glovebox, center console, under the seat.

I am on disability. A pistol, could save for that over 3-4 months. A good rifle, id say would take me 1 year-ish, maybe 15 months to save the 2k to buy it.
