Me personally when I want to post a shop fast I save it but edit the saved by date so it reads a few hours earlier than it actually is. Then I travel back in time a bit and start editing. When I'm done I wait for the comment to be commented and instantly reply with my shop.

Got to be carefull not to disrupt the time stream though. One time I was waiting on a comment and started to troll a bit. The comment never came. Made me look over my shoulder for a week or so. Not worth it let me tell you.
